The Grant Street Mansion located at 11th and Grant in Denver was built in 1892 in the late Victorian Era by Dennis Sheedy, one of Denver's most successful business leaders through his management of the Denver Dry Goods department store and his positions in the city's banking and mining enterprises.

After Unbridled purchased the property in 2014 for its headquarters, the property was renovated and awarded the Jim Peiker Award in 2017 for Outstanding Historic Preservation.
